A Community Support Staff provides assistance to people living in the community as they move to achieve personal goals of their own choice. The CSS position supports customers in the expansion of their abilities, empowering them to choose and be successful in valued roles within their living, learning working and social environments. The CSS do this by offering a variety of individual and team supports. The position encourages community participation to promote community inclusion of people we serve. CSS support and develop living, social and learning environments where customers can interact and build relationships of their choosing. People employed in this position possess an aptitude, willingness and desire to work with people experiencing Mental Illness, Developmental Disabilities, Brain Injury, and Intellectual Disabilities. CSS staff must have legal ability to drive (including obtaining insurance) and use of your personal vehicle.

Intervention Services (formerly Remedial Services). Requirements include a BA, preferably
in Social Services and experience with children's mental health. 15-20 hours in
